We provide our services through online delivery model and as such no physical product will be delivered. The delivery of our services is through the purchase or subscription to the plans available on our website. In general we do not provide any refunds for the purchased or subscribed plans. But if in a plan if we explicitly state the availability of refund then we do provide refunds for those explicitly stated plans.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY FOR EXPLICITLY STATED PLANS?

If a plan has explicitly stated refund policy then the terms of refund and cancellation would be stated on the plan’s purchase or subscription page. Please note that every explicitly stated refundable plans will have a cancellation duration i.e. the duration within which a purchaser or subscriber may cancel the plan and/or ask for refund through our support forum or email us at .

HOW ARE THE REFUNDS ISSUED?

Refunds will be made in the same form that the payment is received within 10 working days from the date of cancellation of plan purchased or subscribed.
